This is very strange to me because it's 52 degrees in my shop right now. My saw has been in here for awhile. Ive had the carburetor off and on multiple occasions I've looked at the fuel line and the tip keeps forming crystals as if it's freezing. 52 degrees and my gas can is stored in the same shop. The fuel coming out of the fuel line doesn't feel freezing cold.

What kind of nasty stale gas are you using? Make sure your gas can seals tight with a rubber gasket sealing any opening, and be sure to add more than the minimum amount of fuel stabilizer.

They could be some sort of hydrocarbon oxide crystals formed by the fuel oxidizing or some volatile components evaporating leaving behind a less soluble substance.

My normal VP racing non ethanol gas mixed with liqui moly 2 stroke. I go back and forth between liqui moly, dominator and saber. I just bought 3 gallons 2 days ago. In VP racings 3gallon can.

Is it corrosion coming from the carb?

I've gotten into the habit of draining the gas in my saws, and putting some alkylate (Stihl Motomix) in, run it for several seconds, then put it away if I won't be using it for a while.

Yep, I was going to suggest emptying and running the saw dry, then trying some canned 2T fuel to see what happens.

I'm fine with pump gas, just keep it stabilized and well sealed and cool. Shake it before use. But use the best canned fuel for storage. I still have some 3+ year old ethanol pump gas I'm going through without problems. I have seen a friend's saw with a tank full of gas full of crystals flowing around in it. It wouldn't start, and was kept outside all the time. It started on fresh gas.

You might be worried about nothing. Does it run when you put it back together?

Went to try running it. Fired up,ran high then made that bogging sound twice then died. I've drained it and tried fresh gas again but no luck. The saw is air tight aswell.

Replace fuel, line, carb kit. Try again. I had a 550 with a similar problem recently. Turned out the line wasn’t sealing properly on the carb spigot.

The thing is, it's a brand new gas can plus the saw I've only had for about a month. I bought it brand new. The carburetor i replaced with the dukes carb that has no anti lean valve. I've pressure tested the fuel tank on the saw aswell. I'm wondering if I just so happen to be unlucky and got bad gas from VP racing.

It’s possible. I would suspect the AM carb too.
I'd retry the OEM carburetor but I made the rookie mistake of using compressed air on it. Which damaged that anti lean valve. I'm wanting to throw a 620s carburetor on it but I can't afford one at the moment. This is a real bummer because if it is the aftermarket carb the dukes winning streak has ran out with me atlease. 10 carbs still running flawlessly number 11 might be a dud.

I’ve seen all kinds of BS in AM carbs. It might be worth opening it up and looking.
Where is the anti-lean valve in the original carb?

It's on the metering side of the carburetor. Some people plug it with JB weld. Ya I don't feel to positive about doing that. Not something that's absolutely saturated with gasoline most of the time.

Okay, could you swap the main nozzle from the OEM?

I’m not that familiar with the 590 carb. Is it a valve or just a secondary pickup to the main nozzle? I’ve seen that in other Echo carbs. There’s nothing to damage in those other than the main nozzle.

If I suspect the carb of running lean, I start to distrust my pressure/vac test as well. Could be worth doing it again and dunking the whole unit to look for bubbles.
