Almost 1 lol, and less than 5 through the 490.

Been busy with work, family, and rc hobby when I can. echo is slow to wake up. my good old 360t took a bit 5 years later it's a frickin beast. only 2 things the 200t has on my saw is rpm and magnesium oil tanK slash bar mount.

Those slow to wake all the way up saws put the longest smile on my face.
Yeah my boss runs a 200t *s-word ripper and first time using my echo he was amazed with what it does. he has a older echo 300 top handle but it don't compare to my saw or his 200t. now we got a couple Lil 150t stihl and they are so nice light quite. great saws I'm gunna buy 1 for trim work

Had a few days where I put around half gallon a day through my Lil *s-word storm of a saw and it won't let loose. I got a hold of amsoil Saber they say it's good at 100 . 1 mix so my first batch I did at 40.1 and I can honestly say that it was too much oil. today I made a batch at 50.1 and I think il stick to 50.1 for all my saws with the Saber smells good too gas looks like blue coolaid and a Lil spill leaves lots of oil after gas evaporated away. I don't think il break in a saw with that, il stick with the cheep stuff sun blend for that

@Red97 hope it's ok I post this. I took mine for a spin tonight. A 421 defiantly likes low pro chain better but here ya go.

Feel free. you got the dolmars to compare to, I gots the echo, and stihl lol

If ya want to post your build/port work that is fine too.

Just like Al and I did with the 490's.

I like all the info in one spot vs following 5 different threads lol.

That saw is soooo quite and mellow. that's what I like about the stihl 150t for trim jobs. light, quite, it's like a silky with a chain

I think it will wake up and good bit with a muffler mod, limiters pulled.

Compression feels pretty good after almost 1 tank of hard cutting.

I believe these 501's will outdo the 490/500 by a good bit. Well I hope anyway.

Stock for stock the 501 felt quite a bit stronger to me.

I can see that. stock 490/500 seem rather anemic. Whole different animal when ported.

If the 501 wakes up the same, it will be well on top of the ported 490/500.
