Echo CS-360T has 130 psi compression. I bottle fed it and it ran. That is all I have done as it is the way I bought it.
Chain brake band is broken. Clutch drum well worn. I would think basic fuel system service and vac check and it could be put back in service. The exhaust plastic cover has a corner broken and rear air filter cover has a chunk missing.
