It would still be the same, I think the 620 has an extra ring. It would rev higher due to the unlimited coil.

Different porting in the cylinder that makes it a bit more aggressive than a 590 is what I understand. Still around 60cc.
The 20” bar balances pretty decent, but I’d like to see a 24 on it.

I thought it would stay the same cc from internet sources.
Would the saw be a bit lighter than a 620 due to case/side cover build material?

I think the 590 and 620 are identical as far as case and plastics. So I’d imagine weight is equal too.
