
Working on my 2nd, well first "pro" build racer. First was a 50cc clammy echo.
So, started with and idea, and a few parts piles and some awesome ideas from many saw builders.

Decided this cs5000 will make a nice platform to build from

going to try a stroker build.
Modding a 36mm crank to fit in place of the stock crank.
Nice thing about having lots of parts and pieces is I can use the smaller diameter clutch threads, bearing and drum to be able to use the longer stroke Crank.

Heated and pressed on a collar for the seal area and the worm stop.
This crank was my first time doing any thread operations on the lathe.
