This saw is my BIL's and it needs to go pending an upcoming divorce.

Saw is in EXCELLENT near mint condition (a few tanks of fuel) with a few minor scratches. Its runs, oil, and idles as it should.

The CAT is out and the muffler is opened up and runs very well and is ready to cut.

Saw will come with 2 16" Dolmar branded bars, brand new 16" Stihl PS full chisel chain, and a 14" Carlton bar and N1 chain.

This saw has only been run on Trufuel and Honda HP2 oil @ 40:1

Here? Yes. Most people on enthusiast websites are looking for the deal of the century. Lots of people automatically figure what they could sell it for and then want you to adjust your price accordingly, so that you end up taking the "hit" not them.

Same as wanting to be paid by PayPal, but wanting the buyer to pay the fees.

I think your price is fair, but I think you'll have trouble selling it on a chainsaw site for that.
