Never met me a Dolkita I didn't like. The 7300 is no slouch either. Nice nice saws

Bucking Billy Ray is running a Driller ported 7300 in some videos I owned, it's a bad ass saw. The 7900/7910 get all the noteriety but the other models run great too.

Yeah, that wouldnt surprise me either.

I really believe stock for stock, ported for ported 7300 will OWN the class IMO.

Yeah, it very obviously was ported by someone with talent. It has lots and lots of juice.

I need to get one eventually to complete the trio of the series and see how they run. I imagine very good, judging by the performance of the 79 and 64cc cylinders.

73's are the best of the triplets!

Well I decided to do just that, it’s now about 3 seconds faster and feels like it picked up a bit of torque.

How far did you go?

While I had the covers off to do the advance, I measured the squish and it was .021... good enough. I replaced the clutch with a used spare I had, the springs were worn in the original. I’ll put new springs in that one to have another spare. I also fixed a minor issue on the carb. This is why I never bring a untested saw to work without bringing a second one (this goes for any brand before anyone comments with a smart remark lol). Gotta run them and troubleshoot. I think this one is nailed down pretty good now.

How far did you go?

About 1 fin width (the actual fin not the spacing between). I found this works good, did that to the 79’s as well back when I modded them. I’m sure I could take it a little bit farther safely.
