Appears as though adapting a D009 mount isn't a very practical option.
Decided to salvage the original bar. Was a real mess but the rails were straight. Took some time using one of the Pferd rail dressing tools and it turned out real nice. Sprocket was trash and I found one (Windsor 5 rivet) on Ebay. And I gotta say, they used some serious rivets back when this bar was made. Took me a half hour of drilling and punching to get em out. I did find an Oregon Pro Lite 20".325 .050 in Dolmar colors and K095 mount and am considering swapping the rim to a .325 for it, but I also found a set of Dolmar stencils I could use to paint the original bar. And the Pro Lite bars are pretty wimpy compared to the original Windsor, so...
Btw, I'll take you up on those bucking spike patterns, How. Can't give the saw back to the guy with no dawgs! And do you have any pics of the modified Stihl dawg? May be an easier initial option since I don't have a plasma cutter handy, though I'm pretty sure I could get a set cut around here somewhere.
