you have obviously never been to thailand or PI.....two tricks I used to explain to the youngsters....adams apples and wrists....but now days they have surgery for both of those as well to reduce the size and make it look more feminine , so I guess you got to take your chances.. when I was younger we just avoided the bars that the Europeans went to as they were generally tranny bars.
