PAST CT fall GTG Nov 5th 2016

You made it to the NY GTG this past April right? The CT GTG at Dan @paragonbuilder not nearly as big as NY GTG but hoping we'll get some folks who haven't been to the CT GTG yet!

I'm looking forward to a smaller gtg. You get more time to actually talk with everyone and play with saws. The NY gtg was great but it just went by so fast. There was quite a few guys there that I wanted to talk to but just didn't get a chance.

You will enjoy Dan's GTG then -- great setup, a bit roomier than NY.

Pretty sure we'll have some kind of dyno. Bill is working on a hydraulic setup and I believe w/ some work to the sprocket the original motorcycle brake one could be used if the hydraulic one isn't ready.
Thus maybe we'll have 2 dynos old and new... be nice to compare one to the other results. Electronics should work with either hopefully I can have a second and third set by then too. Try to make improvements to the electronics too.

I talked to John Reilly on youtube to see if he can attend GTG. He's from Florida and probably can't bring saws but can bring some crazy chains. He's got quite an assortment of files and chain techniques I'm sure we would enjoy seeing first hand.

runs like a saw is supposed to run. will need to see it on the dyno to get a good idea of where it stands... but so far its pretty good. the doc does pretty port work, no question

When I saw Doc and 262, I just assumed Stihl. But knowing you, I should have realized Husqvarna.
