Looking for some info and thoughts on my dad's old CB he used when he drove a truck. It's a Connex CB 3300 HP
with a Astatic mic. I know nothing about CB'S lol

I don't either, all we did in the 70's was turn it on break 19 for a radio check and keep turning chit until you got a reply. Lol

I don't know if law enforcement bothers to listen to it any longer. Ham operators can catch a distress call and forward it to the proper authority though.
