Spent a few moments this afternoon wiping the dust off my lantern.

I pulled the plunger and soaked the leather in water for a few hours. It swelled up nice. Dried it with a towel, oiled it with some 3-in-1, and reinstalled.

Fresh gas, 30 pumps and a flick of the striker and off she went.

Not a Coleman but I do have a couple of older Coleman naptha camp stoves in the attic.

I found this up in the attic today. I had forgotten my grandfather gave it to me when he was moving out of the house back in the late '70's. It's a 1936 date code Primus No 51 stove.
The cool part is the little primus "U" joint tool for pulling the Jet for lack of a better word.
