Got my stuff yesterday. I woke up this morning and I could smell the coffee and I didn't even open the bags!
I used the grinder and the aero press and made a 20 oz of Congo.
It's a little weak but the flavor is excellent! I need to dial in how much beans to grind for a cup.

FYI I use 4 scoops of medium grind for 20oz total.
200 deg water and steep for 2 min inverted method.
