Nope.

It takes me to a general Amazon page and things that I have searched for in the past. Have to post the written description, or a screenshot, and let people search for it themselves.
Frustrating, but that’s how it works now.

Philbert

well that’s lame. If you search for:
WORX WA0138 Wall Mount Tool Holder

it should get you to the right spot. Currently using them to hang 500i/462/261. The floor plate in the rear grip area is the determine factor. I don’t own anything bigger than a 500i so I don’t know if that width changes significantly as you keep working up.

What I have been wondering is, how does hanging chainsaws on their rear handle complete with B&C and being fully or partially fueled affect AV life!?
That is a lot of weight continuously pulling on the AV mounts in a way I imagine they are not designed to be loaded for a prolonged time.

I like my saws sitting on shelf boards.

I doubt it's measurable. I don't know beans about Husky saws, but on Stihl the fuel tank is part of the handle assembly. The AV spring(s) might compress slightly. But having them under constant tension shouldn't prematurely wear them. Nor should they take a set.

I can see the concern for the AV mounts, but I don't know how much force it takes over a period of time to damage them.

I hang them from the handles dry and barless. The ones with bars get hung from the brake handle, theyre dry too1844E649-586F-4D95-BD0C-AF0BF7B61905.jpeg

I'd be concerned about material fatigue hanging my saws on their brake handles, it's just plastic and not too much of it at all. o_O

But, if it works why not. ;)

I understand that some of the Italian chainsaws are salted before they are hung, in a cool, dry, dark, environment, for 2 years or more . . .

Same here. ‘Brake’ handle or ‘top’ / ‘front’ handle?

Philbert
They are hanging off their brake flag, it can be seen on the far left saw in his picture.
I'd be weary storing my saws like that.

Been hanging for a while now ........ haven’t had any problems
No objections, if it works for You then it's fine by me.

Looks like you have . . . a few!

Philbert
A couple aren't on those shelves , all hush-hush and stuff!

Those are my dedicated work saws.
I am missing a PS-420/421, not a priority getting one though - SD105 & SD108 are filling that cc slot. :)

Heres my saw rack full. I dont see how this would hurt the av mounts. Be far more damage/ wear to the av system when people are cutting with the saws.

The spring AV will be fine. Contrary to what people say, there's no such thing as "spring set", i.e. they don't wear out from constant compression or constant expansion. They wear out from repeated compression and expansion cycles.

The polymer based AV may be affected as some polymers can take "set" if forced out of shape for extended periods. But repeated movement along all axis will degrade it much faster.

The rubber based AV should be fine as well. Same as the polymers.

I wouldn't worry about hanging them like that. Not a bit.
