I am doing a little chain round up in the garage and trying to identify a few of the oddball pieces I have.
I submit for your perusal exhibit A.
I marked the ones I am 100% positive about (all new on roll).
the two largest chains to the left I am uncertain on

Apparently the forum software just turns my pics any direction it feels is appropriate :)

I had never heard of the 5/8 or 9/16, those early saws really used a wide assortment of sizes I guess.

I just got every bit of that chain since your last visit.
16 different rolls from a dealer buyout, a few big and silly loops from a small local dealer and 12 NOS square 100' rolls since you were last here
no wonder my chainsaw piggy bank is so light :)

If you find a loop (or length) of 9/16" x .078" x 56 dl, just drop it in the mail to Joetown, Mo..[emoji108][emoji108]

The McCulloch branded chain is 1/2" pitch with some wear.

I have on hand loops of 7/16", 1/2", 9/16" and 5/8" pitch chain. I have a nearly worn out loop of 9/16" on the McCulloch 77 and 5/8" in great shape on the McCulloch 55.
