Are kits like this worth it? Do they include useable tools? Work as intended?

As important; what tools do they leave out?

They’re definitely worth it. I have a couple kits like that, although mine are older and have maybe 8 pieces instead of 14. Haven’t found a carb I haven’t been able to adjust yet. You’ll honestly probably only use 4-6 of them anyways, but it’s nice to have around just in case.

They are worth it . You asked what they left out ... limiter removal tools .
Basically 2.5 mm ,and 3 mm LH threaded tools with a handle .
IIRC DDave at Chainsaw Conservation has them . They make removing the limiters easy ,without buggering them up .

If you work on anything other than Stihl, yes, they are definitely worth it. You will need these tools with various Dolmar/Makita and Husqvarna ope. Not sure about Echo stuff as I've never worked on them.

My set gets used more often than I thought when purchasing them.

Anyone have a recommendation for Echo carb adjustment tool? There has to be something better than the generic, small/flat screwdriver for my 620p.

Thanks
