Builder for a 390 or 395

Looking for some recommendations on a builder for a 390 or 395. Have a friend that is going to buy either a new 390 or 395.

Otherwise, besides myself, builders such as @Mastermind @tree monkey @huskihl can usually acquire a new saw for you any time at a good price, besides build a great saw.
