Gents,

I'm rebuilding a 372XP that had a cracked case. I've decided to use an aftermarket set of cases as this saw was in rough shape to start with. All else will be oem except the meteor piston. Anyway, got the cases this morning and they have decent looking NSK seals in them but the bearings are clearly marked 6202 C4. I have 6202 C3's on hand so I could pop out the 6202 C4's but I wouldn't mind trying the ones that came with these cases. The saw is a back up that won't get a ton of use. My understanding of C4 is larger clearances between the balls and races typically for high heat applications. Sooo, thoughts on using the C4's?

The C4s will work, they may have a slightly shorter service life but we're talking minute measurements here.
