When I got the first one, I was impressed so I brought another This chain is brand new, never filed.
Yes I here you when you say aggressive/ keep the rakers high. ;)

I found the item in my list.
I cannot guarantee, they will send the same, if anyone wants to try one out... but here is the link to what I brought.

Remember the 18” I brought was semi chisel, the only identification is by the code HFC325X

Where as the 16” is HFC325Q

Although There pics look the same...

Has anyone ran any of these 8ten chains that are all over eBay now?

How's the chain holding up?
they have three semi chisel for 39.00
That's what archer used to be priced at.
It's not the bargain it was it's oregon priced now
Except for .58 gauge is still 13.21 shipped.
I've run a lot of archer 84dl chisel and 72dl upstart chisel from amazon lately after a hand file
They've been good.

Can't you use some of those cheap stihl 24x.063 we got earlier this yr. Last I saw they were still listed.
I traded off 4 for a few 91dl's in various flavors and then ordered another 4 to have around, I don't even run 063 on my stuff, but I do have a few bars/chains for it laying around.

20191116_125336.jpgran a tank with the 8ten20191116_123054_HDR.jpg cut pretty good for out of the box chain.
Didn't stretch any.
Was too tight to run a 8 pin
I had to put a 7 on it.
Could've been the new china oregon the rails were a bit tight to begin with.
Worth 11.50 shipped so far
Can't speak for durability.

By appearances the 8ten and archer are the same components20191117_114300.jpgthat's fine if it is
I've run archer a lot it's got my business
And if 8ten matches it at about 5.00 a loop cheaper
Even better.20191117_113942.jpg8ten

That 8ten looks like it has a thicker top plate.
Looks the same to me
Different bluing to them.20191117_120231_HDR.jpgThe stupid sealed packages are a *b-word
And a half a cup of oil in each package
Is aggravating.

Yup, I see it now. Was probably just the way the light caught the bluing or the sharpened edge that was deceiving me.

I ran the 8ten all day cutting hardwood
No issue's
Hasn't stretched at all
The last loop of oregon full chisel I ran stretched a lot.IMG_20201115_165655.jpg IMG_20201115_164725.jpg
The 8ten and Archer took a big price increase lately
Near oregon Price's now.
