Starting a build on a 395xp and I need most everything. I have case halves, starter recoil, and handle so far. Need everything else so let me know what you have. Would prefer OEM parts if you have them, thanks!

I have a 390 piston. Hydrid?

I think I've got a flywheel and carb housing. Maybe a crankshaft too.

You need a lot of parts. You could probably buy a decent used 395 for less than you’ll have buying the parts separately.
But I’ve done it. It sprawls out the process and makes it easier to spend little bits at a time

That makes the most sense. These saws are all over the place with plenty of dead ones to pick from.
