Excellent thread. Awesome job Austin.
Even if it is a Hooskie. Sounds good too.
You are doing better than I. I have never rebuilt a saw from the ground up. I could probably do it from studying the build threads on here. But I know my limitations.
PLUS, I run Stihls.
Try a Stihl next, you will sell the Hooskies. Lol
Just funnin ya. Look forward to seeing you and your Dad at a GTG.

Thanks and it'll be louder with a muffler mod. And yes... I'll use one of my dad's deflectors this time. I just learned that my dad's 357 sounds way cooler than my 2159 does.

You should tee him with a nice 346, you know be a good dad and all that.

I’m sure he could work it off somehow.

;)

.
Austin is going to be running his own firewood business this year. Once our firewood is done he’s going to be off to the races, lots of campgrounds around here.

346 would be a great saw to add to his arsenal, but at the moment he’s wanting a 288 pretty bad. Can’t argue with that logic:)

What I meant was everyone needs a 50cc saw in their collection.
50cc is 50cc. LOL

Yeah i have been wanting a 288 pretty bad ever since i ran yours down in the woods a couple of weekends ago, but a 346 XP-NE wouldnt be a bad addition to my collection. Da- gummit, dad!! youve got me thinking again!!

@ZukiRyder400 nice work buddy. You did a great job on the saw and the build thread.
Thanks and I hope to be rebuilding a 346XPNE or a 288 come summer time after I get the money. In the mean time, I'll be using my 372 for most of the work.:):)
