One shoe keeps kicking inward and binding on the drum…input appreciated.

It’s kicking in and dragging against the back side of the drum, not the ID
The springs should have little "ears" to hold the shoes still. If they're not lined up or if the ears are busted off then that could cause your problem.

Yeah, did it a while back and I took it all apart and inspected and cleaned it put it back together and it’s been OK for a while and then it just did it again yesterday. Going to take it apart again tonight and see if I can figure out what’s up. I’m going to switch the shoes around and see if that does anything.

I didn’t notice anything last time…didn’t get to it last night, tried to go saw today but the wind is terrible…so I’ll go out to my saw shop in a bit and inspect again.

Wasn’t there someone here who had the same saw or similar that was eating clutches?
