272xp till it's on carb quick question

How do I turn the oiler up ? I'll get that pulled off Monday maybe as I'm going out for the weekend. I guess I'm wondering which direction increases flow as opposed to turning it down. If I pull that oiler will the o ring possibly be reusable or likely need a new one?
I have no dealer near me for husky so where could I order this rubber gasket / opting for the pump? Thanks gents

Looking again, I think it's on 4 so that's the highest setting.....I have used the o-ring again in a pinch, but it should be replaced....No matter what, once you disturb all that, a vac test in in order after it's reassembled.
