hi everyone,

i came into ownership of a pretty sweet 272xp that has a full-wrap bar on it and no chain brake handle, i want to see if anyone has or knows where to get a chain brake handle or complete assembly that will work with the full wrap bar. Part number for the chain brake handle should be 503 76 08-02 if i my research is correct. let me know what you have!

Thanks,

DHwreckage

I have a 272 AM cover on my 67p with a fun wrap. No problems with it at all.

I don’t think the huskies are like the stihls in that the chainbrakes are wrap specific but someone correct me if I’m mistaken.

if they aren't that would make my life much easier but im pretty sure from my google fu that saws that came with the full wrap bar, also came with a a different chain brake. i have not tried a standard chain brake on the saw though, did try a real early metal brake and it seemed to work though.
