13200 is about the sweet spot on my 421
I did it is in the videoI'd be pulling the mufflers to take a peek if it were me

Finally got to watch the first couple minute lol,
As suggested, I wuld try giving the 421 a bit more fuel on the H.
Keep it set around 13k most likely won't happen again.
Isn't this a fairly new saw?If fattening the H mixture doesn't help a tank vent might be the issue , might be just borderline restricted.

Reported - beer wastage crimesThis is perfectly normal for the 6100 & 421. As they break in their awesomeness increases and they break through the limiter, no ignition module can hold them back! The awesome factor increases with the use of Red Armor.....a dangerous combination for sure. If they continue to 'break the rules' sit them on the ground and pour beer on them to cool them off.
Isn't this a fairly new saw?
I doubt it's a tank vent unless you cut with the chain on backwards or stone dull, creating dust not chips.
