How I replace stupid fuel vent on 064.
Get some plumber's nylon thread seal tape, the white stuff, pull off 8 inches or so and roll in your fingers into a sort of thread. Thread it through the tank vent hole and out the fuel fill orifice, leaving a fair bit of tail to grab later in the carb box area. Tie it around the little mushroom at the end of the rubbery vent insert thing with a simple knot like an overhand. Lube the insert with 2 stroke oil, line the insert tail up with the vent hole and push from inside the gas tank while pulling on the thread tail from the carb side. It should pop in. Little fkuer...
