Is it possible that bad clutch springs could cause an 020T Stihl to not idle properly? It would not idle unless I had the RPM'S set high that the chain would keep spinning. I had some work done on my saw & this is what they did to fix the problem. Although I have not run the saw very much, it seems to have fixed the problem but was this just a band aid fix?
