Amazingly enough I'm just fine now. I ruptured one of two tendons that attach at the shoulder. The surgeon said there was no reason to operate.

I ruptured a bicep tendon at the shoulder of my right (dominate) arm on Thursday while pulling light weight equipment out of my vehicle trunk. I'm going to try and see an orthopedist on Monday to set in motion getting it repaired. Its my understanding that there is a two week or so window that...
