Dang good saw, it really is the best value for the money when it comes to new in the husky lineup IMO. Up here the 460 rancher was about 700$, and a 365 was about 850. To me it was a no brainer for the extra 150

Maybe, however if you look at the crank it looks mint with no signs of heating up around the big end bearing.

Looks like a chunk gone on the edge of the port to me. what does the piston look like on that side?

if your milling outside city limits you may want to pass on a metal detector. 8/10 trees i mill have buckshot in them, and I can say that the saw usually goes right through it without adverse effects to the cutters. If you had a wand you would be turning down quite a few candidates ;)

Up here in Canada you must buy the whole wrap in either half or full. I have bought a few for a few saws and they are usually a “kit” that comes with dogs and a chain catcher for the full wrap ones. At least that’s how husky does it

I had the same problem, but it wasn’t the clutch cover. The bar grooves were peened on the top near the adjustment nuts. When you tightened the clutch cover it would not allow the chain to move, the inner lip in the groove was pinching the drivers. So I got rid of the inner grooves from chain...
