Looking for a winter cover for an 066 recoil. New or like new if possible.

Curious when Stihl introduced the Elastostart handles? Google says 2000 but I believe it’s a bit earlier based on new saws I’ve seen from the mid 90s. All black must be the first run of the handles? Also, is there someone on here that can look up a serial number?
