Yeah, we had them at work, came in handy when people brought in their Huskys with the clutch cover off, it was easy to sell those screnches when we showed how easy it was to reset the brake!
There are a few guys here on the forum that are rocking this saw and say it actually works very well for being a Chinesium Saw. I think the starter labels were printed on site next door to the Learing Center... 🤣
It think this is just a way to isolate the cylinder side from the carb side. The rubber is tough, but will give way to the scrench if you push in hard enough.
