Try a rubber plug, been doing it that way for years as needed.. I use an old kick fin that I found down at the river. A couple wacks with a hammer to install. Needs to be bar thickness, they stay in place.

The nozzles are pressed in so you can change them. Use a drift just under nozzle dia. Make sure to clock them like the old ones were set up. Make sure and vac and pressure test after installation. Be sure to clear any codes. I believe what causes them to fail are fines. Pay close attention to...

I know that the cranks are different, 371 have a smaller hole on the big end bearing pin. They have a different part number. There were lots of cracked dogs and cases on 371s do to a bad vibration harmonic. Cranks can be swapped though...

Dall chains high rakers and cutting air will smoke big end bearings fast. Tree service company saws have it rough but not as bad as Wildlands fire crew saws. I have never seen a lower rod bearing fail on 562s. Maybe a bad batch of bearings is to blame.

Here's my 10 cents worth... The blue stones are great but they are real hard on dressers. It's white wheels for me. Single points work fine on the side plates. Save the multi points for the top plates.

58 gauge is better than 63 gauge. If I'm running a 50 gauge bar I've always had to hammer the 63 gauge tips tighter. It sure reduces chain throws.
