You're right - it's the large cover for 361/441. The 661 comes with either captured bar nuts or without. All of the large 661 covers...

Yeah, looks like 661. They'll fit the 064/066/660 cases fine but sometimes there's a small gap just under the PTO side top cover screw.

Possible, it is a nos I just pulled out of the box. The one that was on the saw when I got it is pretty rough and went in the mag repair...
