Modifying them to big bore P&C's I hope, otherwise You'll have to find really small bananas to stuff them into those puny saws!
My family got me a workbench for my birthday. I’m so happy to finally have an actual work bench.

+1To much variance on the china stuff for me to consider any of it, 1 might be good next 10 probably junk, no quality control. I would rather buy a used carb and a new kit and take my chances. Jmo

No matter how much you clean the saws beforehand...
If I had that much bench space.... It would still be covered with stuff... Lol

I got the one on my freedom saw straightened out by trimming the metering spring. It seems to do fine but I wouldn't buy one for a oem saw. While I agree with both of you I have had several 066 knock off carbs with erratic run issues come through my shop. A bath in the ultrasonic and a genuine Walbro WJ kit has thus far fixed all of them. I am beginning to wonder if the Chinese diaphragm material is too stiff to correctly meter the fuel.
They are fun. I'm excited to see how mine runs when I gee t it back together.Early 2000’s 7900 orange top survivor I recieved from my good friend @Jchin yesterday. I just did a mild muffler mod to it. I think I have a new favorite “toy” now. LolView attachment 135974
