I am so done with the China junk! Half of the msd stuff is China made, and the failure rate is high! I am sick of it! The last blaster ss coil I bought for my dads Jeep just failed two days ago, yep China! I had one msd distributor cap that was, and the carbon ball fell out of the inside, and it was aluminum contacts, what a joke, the USA made version looks similar but isn’t the same in the critical areas! Yes more USA made production! The downside is the USA made hvc blaster 2 coil retails for $240, I have found them cheaper but it’s still pricey! Still getting one! Lol

And this ms280c 54.7cc got it for cheap been looking for one cheap for a few years.
I like oldball saw's this and the ms270 are kind of one off odd design clamshell thingy am looking forward to pulling it down see how it work's and tweak it a little here and there.
Running it for only a few min I've worked out the way the rear trigger engages the chain brake is a good idea for the walking brain dead and we all know there are many that fall into this category out there! but for me it will be one of the 1st thing's to go in the trash on this saw lol

I always liked the idea of those MS 280s, but they have a bad reputation. I think it was intake boots.

Getting my new box setup. Got rid of a dead fridge, my dad has one that works perfectly for me that I'm getting tomorrow. Ultrasonic cleaner is going on top of the fridge and I have a small Craftsman box that's going on top of the Husky box for parts etc..gonna put my stereo on top of the Husky box as well. Also got a Shindaiwa brushcutter running for a customer.

Changing it up a lil bit. Still got to have some dark side in her:D 034. If it turns out good ill prob pull her back apart and powder the cases. Never ran one before. View attachment 236702
For 56.5 cc they do good. Mines setup 3/8-7 pin 20" and it does excellent. Mines a West German built one with side tensioner.

What would be a stock comparable husky? Mine is front tentioner. Ya it will just be a 20" saw. About all we need in our neck of the woods.

I had a 55 that i ported and it ran really good. Id post a video but pootube cancelled my *s-word and my rebutle was never answered! I guess i really dont matter to them. A dozen chainsaw vids wasnt worth their time.

Sweet, that would be cool!
