I picked this up on CL after MelS and I chased it for 8 months.

I have 3-4 of them at the moment, this is the only non Virginia beach 024/026 I've ever seen.

This ones going to my friend in the north, Colin (Welder56), after it gets THE TREATMENT of a ported 026 jug.

How common are the WG ones?

can you put a 026 cylinder on the regular 024's, or only the 024 supers?

Definitely less common than the USA ones...I've seen a few of the WG one though and in fact just sold a German 024 super.....Yours need an air filter in the worst way!....That short filter is a tough find!

An 024 never gave me a saw boner before, but I just felt a little tingle.
Kinda like a flat chested girl, then you see her with her shirt off, and like hmm that's a nice perky saw!

Repped for drawing a picture in my mind.

The saw has been disassembled. It's an old one, it has regular pan head screws holding the AV mounts and handles on, no torx heads. I've never seen that on this model.

026 Jugs been ported. This ones a KS-only one I've seen.

Numbers came in at 105.5/118/74.5

Only squared the intake floor and not the roof. Thought was to keep the velocity up with a smaller wider port. Looks kinda funny. Glass beaded all ports and chamber after porting and polished exhaust. Coulda spent some more time on the exhaust polish, but it's kinda meaningless. Went trapezoid on exhaust. Again, Same velocity theory.
