They lost 5-6 weeks while the weather was nice, I am not sure what else they were working on.

Seems to be hit or miss lately, my guess is they have some other projects to finish up. I know the framing contractor was working on my younger son's in-law parents place, told Josh he is taking the inheritance from both sides...

I've been busy but getting a few photos from time to time. Last photo posted (above) was two weeks ago.

One of the tile inlets ended up right in the middle of the doorway so the contractor moved it out of the way.

Still two days ago, decking going up on the high lift.

Technical session - I believe the structure will be reasonably sound.

Photos from today, the decking is all in place. I will have some nice storage space up in the attic, 12' wide through most plus the dormers. You can also see where the pull down ladder to the attic will be installed in the shop area.

One man crew this afternoon finished sheathing the north half of the roof. Hopefully they will be coming back to frame up the dormer and finish sheathing the roof this week. I see more of the parapet framed and setting inside; that will change the look of the front when they put it up.

Progress on the dormers this week. Contractor says the plan is to finish sheathing, shingles (steel slabs) and windows should go on next week. The plumbing contractor stopped by today and we are finalizing plans to install airlines along with the other plumbing activities so everything can be hidden from view. Airlines will be a type of PEX with an aluminum sleeve inside.
