Sweet lathe. I've always wanted one (and a milling machine). Maybe someday...love to see that old iron up and running again.
So I guess you're running a 3-phase motor through that VFD? Are there any major drawbacks to doing it that way? I guess a lathe doesn't need a lot of horsepower usually so any conversion losses aren't an issue...?
