My first Dolmar. Also my first free saw. Doesn' even notice the 24 burried in that big oak log. Here it's warring a 32 didn' seem to mind pulling this bar burried in the big log behind it.

In stock form she'll pull a 36" buried in oak noodling.


She's a beast and her sisters aren't far behind either.

In two weeks I should get my hands on my latest purchase, another Sachs-Dolmar 105 in what looks to be a near minty condition.

I have to get a couple pictures of all of them together.

My new to me Sachs-Dolmar 105 got delivered to me like a half hour ago!
She's in a very nice overall condition.




It's a shame she's missing a just as nice starter cover sticker!

The Sachs-Dolmar 105 occupies a special nostalgic place in my heart and mind, she's my first and only gasoline powered chainsaw up until I purchased my Dolmar PS-6400 in 2006.

I'll have to organize a family photo shoot.
Six running saws and one in a bucket right now.

For the last two weeks I'm eyeballing another Dolmar on the Bay.
I really don't need another saw but she'd fit into my stable so perfectly fine that I can't vouch for my actions come paycheck next Friday.
