It sure does. At least partial. Mercedes has had V10's in the past. Could be a Mercedes engine then. Nissan, or UD as they're called now, is part of Volvo. Like Mack trucks and Renault trucks. Bought in the early 2000's.

I googled that motor earlier and they had a couple of them and the biggest one being 26L! Unfortunately NA motors but it sounded like they were a Nissan creation.

I googled that motor earlier and they had a couple of them and the biggest one being 26L! Unfortunately NA motors but it sounded like they were a Nissan creation.
Wow!! 26L! That thing must have had some torque. Largest regular truck engine I've seen in on the road trucks is 18L.
M.A.N. Trucks had an 18L V10 600hp stock truck in the late 80's early 90's.
Magirus Deutz had an 18L V10 air cooled Deutz Diesel in the early 80's. That was a beast! Whatever little truck knowledge I have comes from Europe... Lol

I have even less lol. The one thing I do know is out here when there moving cattle from one spot to the next in the summer those truckers are running Peters with Cats turned up and they be rolling hard! And the Highway Patrol won't even look in there direction.

That's some torque going through the drive train that motor would hang on no stopping it that motor was wasted on the jungle countries

Yeah hadn't heard of those big motors Scania 143's 16L v8 popular
Volvo FL12 we had Man tga xxl 440hp 12L straight six great truck
