Just part of the rich and vibrant inner-city culture...... Look for the 24” chrome car rims and low pro tires on the quads. Those are the REALLY vibrant ones.

I am almost 3 hours from philly.
But probably hoodlums lol

I’ve seen it everyday so have been here , Uber driver told us cops aren’t allowed to ticket them.

I have a few In-laws in PA. Wife's aunt ahh not so much, wife's half sister and husband good people. He's retired Navy seal. Both conservatives. They're just outside Philly. Ohhh, politics..... Anyway, hope you do well wherever you decide to call home.

It is. I miss the ‘beachy’ feel and really like the lake town. My grandparents had a cottage on West Hill Pond in CT growing up, i miss that lake community feel

Well hats a good spot with Lake Wallenpaupack so close. Honesdale is also a very nice town & not to far from Hawley.

2 houses to look at were in Honesdale but they went under contract before we could see them.

They were no-go. 2004 and 2006 builds, between 1 and 2.2 acres but they were pretty rough. One looked like the owners had done NO maintenance since new and just looked at what their neighborhood was selling for and tossed it up. It was about $60k over priced.

The other was on a crawl space. I hate crawlspaces
