So it's been a project I've been working on for a while now and I am contemplating several pros and cons of the build. So I would appreciate any input given.
Is a magnum kit worth the money
Is it possible to put a 10 pin sprocket on it or if larger what size is better for a 404 chain.
And I from your guy's personal experience what is the differences with a regular sprocket nose bar and a roller nose as far as functionality.

Personally I would just find an 075-76, the 051’s in my are do sell for a ton, 89cc vs 111cc and the same weight...I picked up an 076 with 50”roller nose bar for $240

It would have to be a short bar to pull a 10 tooth

I personally wouldn’t work a roller nose bar as hard a a sprocket nose, and and would be careful boring and falling, the tip on a roller bar isn’t as durable in my opinion, i only use mine for bucking and display....but that’s just me...other options will vary
