I got one of Oregon's new 3/8 vxl versa cut bars in today. Both are 20 in. 72 dl 3/8 .058
It is off to a good start.

Retail is $55.00 on the 20 in. FYI I can do a bit better. Our Oregon rep has taken a liking to me doing some videos and has been hooking me up with these new bars pretty good.

Tsumura RW bars are still kinda heavy when compared to stihl and oregons versions

Here are a couple more photos.
The Oregon versacut is slightly fatter in the back but the same length. I will have to throw it on a saw with a new chain and see how snug it is.

The are both standard 3/8. Oregon is not going to do any of these new aluminum core bars in 3/8lp
Only .325 nk (speedcut) and 3/8 (veracut) there is a third but can't remember what it is. Might be .325 not the nk but I really can't remember lol

Stihl also offers the Rollomatic E in 25" 3/8" 0.063". Same deal, like the smaller E bars.

Apples to Oranges....are'nt we comparing a solid RSN bar to a laminated aluminum core? I like those new Versa cut bars but if they are laminates??...perhaps comparison with other laminated bars is better. I am making a few assumptions in this post.
