Sealant for Plastic Cases

What's everyone recommended sealant for cylinders on plastic cases?

Sounded like 518 with the activator if fine, Durko...? What about Hondabond or Yamabond? Is there one that stands out as being better? I had a friend ask me if he can use the Permatex #2 gasket maker. Thoughts?

Permatex #2 is what I use on plastic. Seems like the anerobic won’t set up for me on plastic.

Motoseal worked fine for me. Which is similar to Hondabond and yamabond I've heard
