I just got this saw in and starting to sort. Darn choke lever was broken off. I know it's only a $5 part but am cheap and like problem solving.

Stainless steel wire repair.
1. Ground brake off flat.
2 . Bent wire and splayed the ends.
3. Drill 1/16th" holes as guide and make room.
4. Heat wire with micro torch and insert.

I love when a plan comes together! It's freaking strong and wire not moving!

If I ever meet the guy who designed this multipiece clamp for the reductant injector of the L5P Duramax I'm going to kick him in the nuts so hard they come out his mouth


It goes up here..and you cant get the clamp to fit over the injector with the bolt started.
And the injector has 3 tabs that need to line up with the flange on the exhaust.

The 2.4 was pretty much ran low on oil, skipped time and bent all the intake valves.
Extended warranty on that one. They sent the engine too. After they paid me to remove the cylinder head, they didnt believe me the valves were bent..

Did you send them that pic? I knew every intake valve was bent when every damn intake rocker is kicked out!

They actually sent out an adjuster.
He took a pic with the cam cover removed.
Evidently what you and I could both plainly see wasnt good enough..
They are paying for it though, so I dont care!
