Yeah bosses don't like that kind of language, but too often they need a little constructive criticism.

My immediate boss is of same cut as me, just not as crude and can hide his disgust of absolute stupidity better than I. We harass each other endlessly which is great for keeping each other from ripping some idiots arms off and beating them with them. Got to have that tension release when you play in traffic.

@Kiwioilboiler Adam, now I see what filter you were changing. I was still playing 75 optimax which has the filter right before the oil pump and would need prime sequence.

DFI oil dripping from motor when tilted and the small reservoir would get low enough that it kicked on the low oil warning. Sprayed it down to clean it up and gave it a coat of powder. I'll check it in a while. Just hoping its that zip tie and not the sonic welds on the reservoir itself.

Just shows how far behind we are bro. I got given a white Q3 fuel filter, I see yours is the black Q4 version.

I know you are on to this, but double check that that zip tie is a proper fuel one that comes tight in a circle mate. I've found electrical grade ones where they shouldn't be before, and the squish makes them leak.

Q3 and Q4 are the same filter only one says Mercury and the other says Quicksilver. Next one I get will probably be Quicksilver since I can get them for a dollar cheaper. LOL I was referring to your DFI oil filter below the VST as to not requiring a prime. It ended up being the threads on the cap on top of the reservoir were barely holding on so all new part is required. I got to the point that I buy radius zip ties by the hundred. And my flat ones by the 1000. Notice the metal tongue on these. Yes it is a sickness for me.
