Out of curiosity .... what would be a fair price for a new Masremind ported 346xp with only a few tanks through it?

There is one local to me and I am getting too tempted!

Depends on how nice and how few tanks. $500-800

He’s probably at or just below what he has in it.. if you think it’s worth less make an offer. If local probably a $50 for lack of shipping.

Yeah, that's the one. I didn't think to look on Arborsite for it. Honestly I wasn't sure how much it was worth. If I hadn't just bought a 550xp I may have already have bought it. Wife is still reeling a bit from that one .. lol .. be hard to explain why I brought another one home.

Well, my brothers old 350 finally died after 18 years and he is shopping for a new saw .... maybe I can convince him to buy my new 550xp from me ....

Rebuild it with a 346xp head. They run about $120 for a new p/c.

Hmmmm ... prices are not all that bad. Would have to decide on which way to go. Definitely not tied to OEM, Hyway would certainly work .... I will start a new thread after I get the saw from my brother ... and also find some time to work on it ...

Oem is the only way to go with these heads. Some of the AM stuff could possibly have under size ports negating any gains to be had.

That's cheap for a ported one, IMO. I've seen them on eBay going for $750 used and not ported.

With the OEM prices as cheap as they are right now that is the only way I would go!
