Ported 2153 and 254xpg video

I had this saw ported by @t4driller , a friend had a 346xp done and I ran it and it was a beast, thus was a 2152 and we put a 346xp kit on it, a Walbro 199A, and a 357xp air filter setup on it. I put a new Carlton chain on in .325 in 18". It has about 3 to 4 tanks on it so far.Let me know what you guys think.

I'm glad you like it!! The intake boot is setup to run the 357 carb since you said you were putting one on. Here's some pics of the cylinder. Numbers are 106, 121, 120, 79.5.

Thanks Dan. After doing 3 of these in the last 2 weeks I've decided I need one for myself. Should have all the parts tomorrow to build myself one. They are fun little saws.

Proves that the saw has good power over its rpm range though ...

I test all of my saws that way! They either make the grade ot they leave, this 1 is staying.

Got the 254xpg today, here is the video, I have since had to adjust the low idle 1/4 of a turn to adjust for the elevation change. It is the same bar and chain.

The 254xpg has a new ring in it and it is tuned very fat in the video, I will make another once I get a few tanks thru it, I was excited to get it and had to try it out today.

Here is the 254xpg leaned out a bit, runsuch better then the 1st video showed, I think it would be a tight race between the 2 now. It still needs leaned out a touch more but I want it fat till afterbreak in. Happy to own booth of these. The 254 will be getting a cosmetic makeover, ordered a new chain brake and clutch cover, new startery cover, and a can of husqvarna paint, just need a nice top cover and 254xpg starter decal.
