What were these Johnny's described as in the original E-bay post...'New', 'New (Other)', obviously they weren't listed as 'Refurbished' I can only assume?

Always listed as "new". After some negs and complaints they acknowledged the R on the bottom but claimed it didn't mean re-furbed, as they sent out a mix of dry never fired, factory fired, and saws of varying degrees of damaged. The auction was still up last I saw, for a little higher price.
