Ok so we are going to be moving back home soon so I cant order anything right now but here's my rough plan so far and a few bits where I need advice.

I want to run 404 square chisel 36" bar. So I am thinking of getting the 660 kit and a cross mmws big bore kit, probably oem clutch and rim/hub, oem bearings, meteor piston?, caber rings (don't remember if the cross kit already had them) I noticed hyway has a dual port muffler was wondering if it was any good? And lastly I'm pretty sure Ill have to either carb swap it or get a rejet for the oem carb?

Tips, pointers, or "this is a bad idea save your money because this would be to much fun" is appreciated.

If you want to run 36"/115dl on an 066/660 I'd suggest the Stihl High Output oiler bits. Never seen an 066 really oil more than a 32 (and that is pushing it) for hardwoods here in the south east.

So not really a good idea to be turning these things into widowmakers? I thought about swapping the crank but yeah at what pint do you draw the line and just buy oem. That 661 is pretty tempting though might have to pm the guy.

661 or 395

066/660 if you’re going to run the HO oiler or are able to modify the oiler that you have
